Screenprinting

Screenprinting is the process of placing a wet ink on a substrate (item) - like t-shirts, sweats, aprons, towels, vinyl, glass, plastic, etc. The wet ink is then cured, in the case of garments, through a heated dryer to reach 320 degrees. In “Spot Color” screenprinting each color requires its own screen. “Process” is the blending of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black to create the desired colors.

Embroidery

The Ink Works LLC offers embroidery services in addition to screenprinting.

Embroidery is the process of sewing an image on to a garment rather than printing on it with ink.
